Company Policy
Labor Practices
- No Forced Labor: We do not engage in involuntary or forced labor, including prison, indentured, slave, or bonded labor. Workers are not required to submit original identity documents or other personal documents as a condition of employment. Wages are not withheld to pressure workers into continued employment, and workers may leave employment with the required notice
- Non-Discrimination: We prohibit discrimination in hiring, salary, benefits, promotion, discipline, termination, or retirement based on gender, color, religion, caste, age, disability, sexual orientation, maternity, marital status, nationality, political opinion, union membership, or social or ethnic origin.
- Child Labor: We define a ”Child Worker” as anyone under 18 and verify age through certificates, original documents, photo verification, and medical checks.
Working Condition
- Working Hours: Employees work no more than 60 hours per week, including voluntary overtime, with one day off per week.
- Wages and Benefits: We pay at least the minimum wage or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher, and provide additional benefits including housing allowance, medical expenses, and attendance bonuses. Overtime is paid at double the ordinary rate
- Leaves and Holidays: We offer paid annual leave, holidays, maternity leave, and medical leave as per legal requirements. Bonuses are provided during the end-of-year holidays.
Health and Safety
- Health and Hygiene: Our facility includes first-aid kits, a certified doctor and nurse, procedures for emergency medical transport, pure drinking water, and clean, gender-separated toilets. We provide a clean and comfortable dining space for all workers.
- Non-Discrimination: Our day care center offers a safe environment with trained staff and reasonable breaks for nursing mothers.
- Fire and Safety: We comply with local fire and safety regulations and equip the facility with fire extinguishers, hose reels, smoke alarms, and electronic fire alarms. Firefighting teams are trained by certified local departments. We provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all workers at no cost.
Environmental Protection
- We comply with local health and safety regulations, ensuring adequate lighting, ventilation, heating, and cooling. Hazardous materials are stored securely in a ventilated area.
Freedom of Association
- We recognize and respect workers” rights to form or join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining. Workers are protected from discrimination, victimization, intimidation, and any other threats related to their rights to associate.
